Client request's from previous version

The boat has a dark blue stripe on the hull below the rub rail that wraps all the way from the bow to the stern.  In the proof, the blue stripe does appear go all the way back to the stern.  however, maybe the graphic actually has white sections that cover the blue hull?  Would you please clarify if this is an accurate depiction of how the graphic will look over the blue stripe on the hull?
